We have been getting a lot of phone calls and emails this week asking if there are still spots left in the indoor marathon. The answer is "yes"!! So go to the InStep website to download a registration form. They are also available at our four stores (see website for locations).
Saturday Run
I will be showing up at the Pettit Center this Saturday at 8 a.m. to answer questions about anything, including marathon training, running at the Pettit Center, the stock market, etc. Feel free to bring along your running shoes so you can get in some miles on the track. The track fee is $2 for race registrants and can be paid on your way out.
We will meet near the northeast corner of the Pettit Center. Go in the doors to the track and take a left. Hope to see some of you there (although once again the weather looks perfect for this weekend so it may be hard to be inside on such a nice day). And kids, remember to dress warm; it's chilly in the Pettit Center...even when it's warm outside!
